This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kayyum, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2024, under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Sarsawa, District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant is named in the FIR, but no specific allegation of causing injury has been made against the applicant.
