This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Pappu son of Shareef and Pappu son of Chiraguddin, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 308 of 2024, under Sections 271 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Khandauli, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 17.8.2024. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant was apprehended at about 1:00 PM and FIR has been lodged at 5:30 PM. There is no plausible explanation
