Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is the wife of the deceased and during investigation, on the basis of false allegation, she has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Aman and Billu @ Ankit Yadav and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Aman and Billu @ Ankit Yadav have been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Applications No. 32731 of 20
