This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Manoj Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 34 of 2024, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Badshahinaka, District Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.8.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of no injury and none has received any injury.
