The instant bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.349 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452, 506 IPC, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar. On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this bail application, the charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 376(2), 452, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, therefore, the applicant does not want to press this bail application and he may be given liberty to file fresh bail application. On the other hand, learned AGA has no objection to such prayer. In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the document to the learned counsel for the applicant within two days after retaining the zerox copy of the said bail application. Order Date :-
