It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that as per F.I.R. version, allegation has been levelled that on 15.05.2024, at about 04:30 pm., victim was enticed away by the applicant. Victim was recovered on 28.05.2024, thereafter her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C., was recorded in which she has disclosed that she is a student of 12th standard and is aged about 18 years.
