Waseem who is involved in Case Crime No. 433 of 2024 under sections 376, 498A, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Moondhapandey, District Moradabad, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is brother-in-law (Dewar) of the victim. He has been falsely implicated along with other family members by the victim on account of her acrimonious relation with her husband. Much emphasis has been given by contending that there are major contradictions with regard to the stand taken by the victim in the F.I.R., as well as in her statement under Section 183 of B.N.S.S.
