Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2-By means of this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant-Kiran Devi, who is involved in Case Crime No. 94 of 2022, under Sections 302/34, 376DB, 201 I.P.C. and Sections 5m, 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ballia seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3-The prosecution case in brief is that the informant Suresh Verma, who is father of the deceased, lodged a first information report on 26.02.2022, at about 10:20 hours against one unknown person alleging inter-alia that he is living along with his family by taking an accommodation on rent, situated at village Rampur Mahaval, near Mansha Baba Temple. On 25.02.2022, his daughter Ananya aged about 6 years was playing outside the house and thereafter she went missing. A hectic search was made but all in vain.
