FIR of the present case was lodged on 17.6.2024 against the applicant and two others and some unknown person and according to the FIR on 10.6.2024 brother of the informant had gone alongwith the applicant and others but did not return and when informant arrived at police station Birni to lodge the missing report then found that dead body of his brother
