Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2024, under Sections 302 I.P.C., Police Station Mandawar, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant along with co-accused Mukesh Kumar is stated to have threatened the son of the informant and had subsequently called the deceased who left his house telling his wife that he shall come later on. 5. The informant got the said information about the dead body of his son from the Mandawar police station and identified it at the mortuary at District Hospital, Bijnor, as such the FIR was instituted.
