As per the prosecution case in brief, victim lodged F.I.R. through an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. dated 23.04.2024 making allegation inter alia that her husband had died three years back and the applicant, who is unmarried and her brother-in-law, on the pretext of marriage and promise of taking care of her children, has been continuously making physical relations with her for last two years, whereby she became pregnant but he did not solemnize marriage with her and mounting pressure for abortion.
