By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 414 of 2023 at Police Station Rudrapur, District Deoria under Sections 147, 148, 149, 34, 323, 427, 352, 452, 504, 307, 302 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act. The applicant is in jail since 03.10.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 21.03.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Atharva Dixit, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The incident occurred on 02.10.2023 at about 7.30 A.M. Five persons of the family died in the incident. One of the deceased persons made a call to the emergency police No. 112, even as the gruesome killing was underway. 2. The call
