Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 1 Kg. 100 grams of Heroine alleged to be recovered from the bag kept on the seat of the motorcycle bearing Registration No. UP-87-X- 0678. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is an admitted case of the prosecution that recovery has been shown from the joint possession of the accused persons.
