Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 647 of 2023, under Section 302 of I.P.C., Police Station - Jasrana, District - Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken away the son of the informant on 30.08.2023 at about 02:30 PM and subsequently, the deceased was seen in the company of the applicant and the co-accused Shiv Kumar on 30.08.2023. The dead body of the deceased was recovered on 02.09.2023 at about 08:30 AM and the information was sent to the police station. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
