The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant -Arman seeking bail in Case Crime No.157 of 2024 under Sections 137 (2), 74, 123, 140 (1) of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Chola, District Bulandshahr. In the prosecution case it is alleged that the daughter of the informant, who is studying in Class XIth while she was going to school on 27.7.2024 in the morning she was abducted by two accused persons on the motorcycle. On the way Satendra Singh saw them and rescued the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the statement of the victim under Section 180 BNSS and 183 BNSS are at variance.
