This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sablu, seeking enlargement on bail in Special Session Trial No. 1028 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 599 of 2021, under Section 8/18 of the Natcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substance act, Police Station-Kotwali, District- Farrukhabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail, in the present case since 23.09.2024. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by the Court below on 07.02.2022. The applicant, after being released on bail went to Gujarat for earning livelihood and due to which he was unable to appear the Court below and the Court be
