Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State, at present: (i) against FIR lodged on 22.02.2017, the applicant has remained confined since 01.03.2017 i.e. for almost eight years. (ii) the applicant claims to have cooperated in the investigation.
