Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2-The instant bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 1769 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 225 of 2024, under Sections 64 B.N.S., Police Station-Qadar Chowk, District-Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 3-As per the prosecution case in brief, informant- Naazra, mother of the victim, has lodged a first information report against the applicant for the offence under Section 64 B.N.S. alleging inter-alia that on 01.07.2024 at about 07:45 P.M., victim went to the house of the applicant to get a torch but the applicant took her in a room and committed rape upon her. The F.I.R. further alleges that on raising alarm by the victim, the informant and her family members rushed t
