Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 256 of 2024, under Sections 354, 376(2)(N), 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Fatehganj Paschimi, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is younger brother-in-law (devar) of the victim. Marriage of victim with the elder brother of the applicant was solemnized on 15.05.2019, but he died on 29.11.2022. On account of acrimonious relation with other family members, she and her husband were living separately. After the death of her husband, she mounted pressure upon the applicant to solemnize marriage with her, but on refusing the said proposal by the applicant, she made an effort to lodge F.I.R. agains
