The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.707 of 2024, under Sections 69, 115(2), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali City, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution case, in brief, the victim lodged F.I.R. on 27.07.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 69, 115(2), 352 of B.N.S. against the applicant which took place on 15.07.2024 making allegation inter alia that the applicant hiding her identity showing his name as Akash married her and thereafter started making physical relation.
