Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars. In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the documents filed along with bail application, supplementary affidavit and free copy of bail rejection order dated 30.09.2024 to the counsel for the applicant within three days' after retaining the xerox copy of the same on record.
