This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Dawan Kumar Yadav and Nagendra Kharwar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 Cruelty of Animals (protection) Act and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police station-Naugarh, District-Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case crime number.
