The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Deepak Saraswat @ Deepu Pandit, with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Gonda, District-Aligarh. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 8, seven criminal cases has been mentioned against the applicant in all of which the applicant is on bail. It is further submitted that the applicant is not a member or leader or organizer of a gang and he has not abetted or ass
