This bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Deepak Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 243 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8/5B, of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animals Cruelty Act, Police Station-Alinagar, District-Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 22.09.2024. No material has been shown by the prosecution to demonstrate the fact that the applicant is indulging in cow slaughtering. The recovery of cattle shown was of the applicant himself.
