This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ramesh Kashyap, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2024 under Sections 109 (1), 310 (4), 310 (5) of B.N.S. and section 3/25/27 of arms Act, Police Station-Rajawali, District-Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He is languishing in jail since 09.09.2024. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. First Information Report has been lodged on 09.09.2024 against the applicant and other accused persons. The applicant was not arrested from the spot.
