This is the first bail application. By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2024 at Police Station-Airport, District-Prayagraj under Sections 302, 201, 34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 21.03.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 18.09.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Abhishek Mayank, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Shravan Kumar Dubey, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.The body of the deceased was found on 18.03.2024 at the information provided by the Chaukidar. 2. The body was recovered from a public place which was accessible to one and all. 3. The F.I.R. was lodged on 19.03.2024. The applicant
