The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.37 of 2024, under Sections 302, 34, 201 I.P.C., Police Station- Mahobkanth, District- Mahoba with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. As per FIR dated 25.2.2024, the informant (wife of the deceased) lodged an FIR stating therein that in the night of 25.2.2024, her husband namely, Hakim Singh, aged about 40 years went to field and slept in hut and at that time some unknown persons has committed murder of her husband. 4. The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the case. The applicant is not named in the impugned FIR.
