This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Govinda, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 235 of 2022, under Sections 21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police station-Kotwali, District-Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. Applicant is languishing in jail since 23.04.2022. First Information Report has been lodged on 23.04.2022 against the applicant. No compliance of Section 50 and 52 of N.D.P.S. Act has been made.
