FIR of the present case was lodged on 22.02.2024 against applicant and according to the FIR, husband of the informant had gone to Shahjahanpur to attend a marriage function and on 21.02.2024 at about 10:40 p.m. in the night applicant caused injury to him through his licensee rifle.
