This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Arman, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 269 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of The Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station -Chappar, District -Muzaffarnagar. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart two criminal cases has been mentioned, wherein the applicant has been enlarged on bail by court below. Co-accused Tamjeed and Tausif and Amir, have been granted bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 38631 of 2024 and 42113 of 2024, respectively, v
