This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant,Pradeep Singh @ Pappu Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.153 of 2024, under Section 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Sakaldeeha, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.09.2024. He has no criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or tampering with evidence in case of release on bail. It is also submitted that the co-accused Ramchandra Yadav having identical role has already been granted
