The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mayank @ Saurabh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 278 of 2022, under Section- 147, 149, 302, 201, 506 I.P.C., and under Section 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act and 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station - Bhadohi, District-Bhadohi. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 07.8.2023 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
