This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Narendra Kumar Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.170 of 2024, under Sections 74, 296 B.N.S. and 7/8 POCSO Act of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Auchha, District Mainpuri. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 02.09.2024.
