Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2. The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2024, under Sections 69 and 87 of B.N.S., Police Station Chowk, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, the complainant who is mother of the victim lodged F.I.R. on 10.08.2024 for the alleged offence under Section 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023 against the applicant-Maqbool Ali alleging inter alia that on 10.08.2024 applicant enticed away her daughter aged about 19 years on the pretext of marriage. 4. Main substratum of argument of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per Mark-sheet of High School Examination of the victim, her date of birth is 01.12.2005 and as s
