This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sebu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 565 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of Prevention of cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Bhojipura, District Bareilly. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that while the police was maintaining law and order on 22.08.2024 it was informed by the informer that in the forest of Village Mamor, cow remains have been thrown near puliya of river. On this information, police recovered the remains of the slaughtered animal. Learned counsel for applicant submits that co-accused Iftkhar as well as Amjad, who have been assigned similar role, have been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application N
