This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sakib, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.166 of 2024, under Sections 323, 354 (ka), 341, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 25/4 Arms Act, Police Station Lisari Gate, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 05.05.2024. It is also submitted that the co-accused Shubhan having identical role has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38558 of 2024, therefore, the applicant is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of
