As per the prosecution case in brief, victim lodged F.I.R. on 24.06.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 376 and 120-B I.P.C. against the applicant Pramod Kumar and co-accused Chhote alleging inter alia on 02.06.2024 at 10.00 P.M. when she had gone to attend call of nature in the toilet situated outside of her house, accused persons, who were already ambushing there, caught her forcibly by dragging took her to his house where the applicant tight her mouth with clothes and committed rape whereas co- accused
