The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Neeraj Alias Vedpal, under Section 439 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 110 of 2024, under Sections 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Bazaar, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per FIR, on the basis of secret information given by Mukhbir, the Police DRI Varanasi recovered 1 Kg 04 Gram Alprazolam Powder from the cabin of Truck No. UK-18-CA-6152.
