The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 25 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Jigana, District Mirzapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 1.3.2024 against the applicant and according to the FIR on 29.2.2024 at 8:00pm in the evening, brother of the informant had gone alongwith the applicant and next day his dead body was found. 5.
