This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rashid Alias Monu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 40 of 2021, under Sections 21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police station-G.R.P. Mathura Junction, District-Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. Applicant is languishing in jail since 08.06.2021. First Information Report has been lodged on 08.06.2021 against two accused persons.
