By means of this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant Mintu, who is involved in Case Crime No. 0280 of 2024, under Sections 376, 504, 506 IPC, police station Binawar, district Budaun seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. Brief facts of the case which are required to be stated are that the victim moved an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. on 22.02.2024 before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 7, Budaun making allegation inter alia that the applicant, who is her neighbour, has committed rape on her on the point of countrymade pistol.
