This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Aryan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 256 of 2024, under Sections 109, 352, 351(2)(3) of the B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnor. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number.
