Amir, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sheshmani Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 480 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 302 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Kotwali Deoria, District- Deoria, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 11.06.2024 against applicant and his family members and according to FIR, marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the elder brother of the applicant on 25.06.2014 and after marriage, applicant and his family members tortured her for dowry and on 10.06.2024, t
