By means of this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant Bablu, who is involved in Case Crime No. 193 of 2024, under Section 376 IPC, police station Fatehganj West, district Bareilly seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that as per the ossification test report dated 10.06.2024, the victim is major aged about 18 years. She was adopted by her maternal aunt Noor Bi, therefore, she was living with her maternal uncle and aunt. The applicant is nephew of the victim's maternal aunt and he used to come to her house, therefore, they came close to each other and there was love affair between them for the last three years.
