Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 243 of 2023, under Sections 302 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his father had gone to take care of the corn crop at his field on 09.07.2023 and has been shot dead by some unknown person in the night at about 9 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 6.
