This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant-Rubi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 623 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Sadar Bazar, District-Shahjahanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a lady and wife of co-accused Shakeel. Since the six accused persons could not be arrested as they have fled away from the spot, the police party went to the house of the applicant and apprehended by the police and has been falsely implicated.
