The applicant is in jail since 27.11.2024. The bail application of the applicants was rejected by the learned trial court on 12.12.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Shyam Shanker Pandey, learned counsel on behalf of the applicants, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicants for grant of bail: 1.
