Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.20 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323 and 34 I.P.C., Police Station Ratanpuri, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are three injured from the side of the applicant and one person has been put to death. Although, it is true that three persons have expired from the side of the informant. Learned counsel has further stated that the applicant is stated to be the main assailant who had caused gun shot injury to three deceased
