FIR of the present case was lodged on 30.05.2023 against applicant and according to the FIR marriage of the applicant was solemnized with the daughter of the informant about 10 years before and after marriage applicant tortured her for money and few days before due torture his daughter came at his house but informant sent her back to her matrimonial home about 20 days before and on 30.5.2023 at 3:00 A.M. in the morning informant received information that applicant has committed murder of his daughter. 4.
