By means of this application, the applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.96 of 2024, under Sections 302, 34 IPC, Police Station- Saidpur, District- Gazipur. 3. As per prosecution story, the informant lodged the impugned FIR on 24.5.2024 against five named accused persons, namely, Ramkrit Yadav, Ramji Yadav, Sandeep Yadav, Pramod Yadav and Pradeep Yadav and some other unknown persons alleging therein that while his son/deceased was coming from duty to Om Hospital at 10:00 pm, in front of house, all accused five persons along with some other persons killed his son.
